Inside the app

Features

The features here are deliberate — every one of them comes from riders telling us what they actually wanted in a workshop app. No social-network nonsense, no notification spam, no upsells you didn't ask for.

01

The AI Mechanic

Ask anything about your bike — diagnostics, codes, maintenance schedules, what oil to use, when the air filter is due. The AI knows what bike you ride (you told it once), what you've already serviced, and the conditions American bikes face in Dubai.

Free riders get answers from the model's general training — solid for day-to-day questions. Members get answers grounded in the official Harley service manual for their exact platform and year, with quote-and-cite page references they can verify themselves.

When the AI's diagnosis says the bike needs hands-on attention, it can draft a booking on your behalf — pre-filled with the diagnosis summary so the workshop knows what's coming.

02

Parts that fit, first time

Every part in the catalogue is platform-filtered to the bike on file. Searching for floorboards on a Sportster won't show Touring saddlebags. Searching with a 2014 Street Glide on file won't show V-Rod-only cams. The filter happens server-side — there's nothing for you to configure.

When the AI Mechanic recommends a part, it always pulls from the live catalogue first. It will never invent SKUs or quote prices it can't verify.

03

Service booking, in-app

Pick a service from the catalogue, pick a slot from the workshop's live calendar, get a confirmation. The estimated duration and base price are shown up front; final pricing is confirmed in writing after inspection.

Push notifications keep you up to date as the job moves through stages — received, in progress, awaiting parts, ready for collection.

04

A garage that knows your history

Every service, every kilometre logged, every consumable replacement is on the bike's record. The next time you ask the AI Mechanic about brake pads, it already knows when they were last done. The next time you book an oil change, the workshop already knows the Twin Cam 103 spec for your bike.

Sold the bike? Transfer it to the new owner with full service history attached — they get the value of the historical record, you keep your account.

05

The ride community

RSVP for group rides, log km after each one, share your bike's poster on social. The more you ride, the more the app learns about your bike's actual usage — and the more accurate its maintenance reminders get.
